HEAD HUNTING RECRUITMENT

Our process starts with a detailed briefing with our client prior to commencing a thorough local, national or global search. Through our commitment to meaningful connections, we are able to tap into our network with a sound knowledge of available, relevant candidates, before they even apply for other roles. This prevents any bidding wars or change of mind at the last minute ensuring you get their full buy-in to your role. We can offer advertising on job boards, however, approximately 80% of our roles are silent searches.

 

Following our search process, we take all prospective candidates through the full recruitment process on your behalf, this includes:

  • Pre-screening and navigating through the network, this allows us to commence the conversations in the industry which lead us to the most suitable candidates.

  • Full interview, either face to face or via online video tools. Based on your specific requirements, including but not limited to, mutual cultural alignment, key demonstrated abilities and developmental areas to be considered. ​

  • Management of the full client/ candidate interview process to ensure a positive experience.

  • Salary negotiations and salary surveys, to gain an understanding of the market salary level.

  • Reference checking 

  • Silent searches include confidential “NDA” Non Disclosure Agreements being signed prior to any confidential information being released.

  • Organisation of your process stages such as psychometric testing and medicals

  • Follow up with our clients and candidates after commencement in the role to ensure all is going well for both parties.

BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY SEARCH

Network Consulting is equipped with proven search methods to find businesses open to potential acquisition or merger opportunities. Whilst we are not a business broker, we work on your behalf to gain a thorough understanding of target businesses. We find out about their leadership, future plans, and provide an evaluation of any potential cultural and ability synergies. A detailed report is then provided to you to assess the potential opportunity.

If you are interested in approaching them, we act on your behalf and establish initial contact to get the conversation started. We educate all parties on the processes involved and provide information they will need to fulfil during the due diligence stage.

Throughout the whole process we act as ambassadors for your company, ensuring the potential businesses can see the great opportunity available to them in moving ahead with an acquisition or merger.
